How we protect your data and define your rights when using Voicebox

Thank you for using Voicebox. This document explains how we collect, use, and handle personal data when you use our websites, software, and services (“Services”). If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at support@vbx.ai.
We collect and use limited information to provide, operate, improve, protect, and support Voicebox.
We collect and associate with your account the information you provide when you sign up or upgrade. This typically includes an email address and minimal related account metadata. You may use a throwaway or alias email address if you choose.
Voicebox is a voice capture, feedback, and intelligence platform. To operate the Service, we store, process, and transmit audio, transcripts, and related metadata generated through Voiceboxes.

We collect limited technical information from devices used to access Voicebox. This may include IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and basic identifiers.

We use first-party cookies to enable core functionality such as authentication and session persistence. Disabling cookies may prevent Voicebox from functioning correctly.
We do not allow third-party advertising or tracking cookies within Voicebox.
If you contact us with questions or support requests, we may retain that correspondence for reference and quality assurance.
Voicebox complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), where applicable.

Voicebox does not provide user data to law enforcement without a valid court order. We challenge informal or improper requests and, unless legally prohibited, notify affected users when such requests are made.
All data is encrypted using SSL/TLS while transmitted between your device and our servers.
Stored data is encrypted on our storage systems to protect against unauthorized access or physical theft.
When an account is closed or deleted, associated data is removed from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
Voicebox is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Voicebox, you consent to this transfer.

Thank you for using Voicebox. By using Voicebox (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Polysoft, LLC (“Company”) reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice.
Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.
Customers may access their Service data via the Application Program Interface (“API”). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses the Service, is bound by the terms of this agreement plus the following specific terms:
